The newly designed ultra-thin rectangular speakers are mounted inside the slim temples, greatly enhancing aesthetics and comfort. These Bluetooth-enabled audio glasses come in three trendy translucent colours — Onyx, Pearl, and Amber — with options for either square or round frames. The semi-transparent lenses feature UV A/B blocking, and you can even have your JBL Soundgear Frames fitted with prescription lenses or even switch to sunglasses lenses by a professional optician.

JBL Headphones app

Use the JBL Headphones app on your device to tweak your sound and customise the gestures according to your needs. Choose from six EQ presets or utilise the fully customisable 10-band equaliser to adjust highs, mids, and lows for a perfectly tailored listening experience.

Shipping

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days for local (Malaysia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Tuesday of the coming week. No international deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

How do I cancel my online order?

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! How can I change that?

Please call us at +6010 226 6691 or email us at shopify@gbutd.my and have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t shipped already, we will happily change the address for you.

Returns / Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the bank of your choosing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that a return needs to be made, contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends), and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return my Soundgear Frames to you if I bought them from a retail store?

If you purchased your product through a certified dealer, please follow their listed return policy for any exchanges or returns.
