When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship within 1-3 working days for local (Malaysia) delivery.If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Tuesday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

How do I cancel my online order?
Please call us at +603 3772 403218 or email us at sales@gbutd.my, so we can assist you with cancelling your order before product is shipped out.

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! How can I change that?
Please call us at +603 3772 40321 or email us at sales@gbutd.my and have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t shipped already, we will happily change the address for you.

Returns / Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that a return needs to be made, contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question. 

Can I return my headphones to you if I bought them from a retail store?
If you purchased your product through a certified dealer, please follow their listed return policy for any exchanges or returns.

Warranty
