Have you ever dropped your speaker, had it roll down a dusty hill and land in a lake? No? Well, believe it or not, it happens. So, we built the JBL Flip 7 Tomorrowland to be as life-proof as they come. On top of our legendary waterproof and dust-proof design (an industry-leading IP68, BTW), we’ve also made sure that if you drop it from 1-meter onto your concrete floor, it’ll keep kicking. But please, don’t go throwing your speaker around just to flex on your friends. Throw parties instead.

Shipping

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days for local (Malaysia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Tuesday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

How do I cancel my online order?

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! How can I change that?

Please call us at +6010 226 6691 or email us at Shopify@gbutd.my and have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t shipped already, we will happily change the address for you. 

Returns / Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the bank of your choosing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its sealed original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that a return needs to be made, contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return my headphones to you if I bought them from a retail store?

If you purchased your product through a certified dealer, please follow their listed return policy for any exchanges or returns.
