When will my order be shipped? All orders ship within 1-3 working days for local (Malaysia) delivery.If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Tuesday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.
How do I cancel my online order? Please call us at+603 3772 403218 or email us email@example.com, so we can assist you with cancelling your order before product is shipped out.
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! How can I change that? Please call us at+603 3772 40321or email us firstname.lastname@example.org have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t shipped already, we will happily change the address for you.
Returns / Exchanges
How do I return or exchange my order?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange.
Refund will be made via bank transfer to the bank of your choosing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that a return needs to be made, contact uswithin 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
